I am a product designer who aims to enhance user experiences by focusing on the smallest details to create a significant impact on a larger scale. My inspiration comes from observing people in their natural environments. Through a gradual process, my ultimate goal is to create experiences that are both functional and visually pleasing to use.

Problem: Academic articles are hard to read on phones as they are formatted to read on a personal computer. Also, managing citations when working on a large project is a hassle.
My role: Facilitated a team of four to ensure timely delivery of research, user experience insights, wireframing and prototyping, and user testing in a four-month design project.
What I did: Contributed to developing a design brief in a team, drafting a research plan, conducting and synthesizing research, and managing the user testing of a prototype.
sCool time
Problem: Students find it hard to manage their time at school, due to long tiring commutes and mismanagement of ever changing class schedules.
My role: Worked individually to deliver research, user experience and the visual design of an app.
What I did: Drafted a design brief, conducted user and market research, synthesized research by using tools like user persona, empathy map canvas, user journey mapping.
Designed the interface of app and ran accessibility tests.
