Uber Kids integration service
The problem: In Canada, Uber services don’t have the option to choose a ride with a car seat that is essential for a parent with young kids.
My role: Analysis & Ideation, UX & UI Design, Prototyping, User Testing
What I did: Analyzed the user problem, proposed a new service that addresses a user pain point, integrated the new service into the Uber app, Followed the Uber user interface design toolkit, enhanced the user experience, conducted user testing and completed the iteration.
Sheridan Scheduling App
The problem: students at Sheridan College are facing difficulties in speaking with their professors outside of class hours for assistance with assignments or lectures. The current situation has led to increased email communication, resulting in late replies or lengthy email conversations.
My role: I was the stitches in a group of three students.
What I did: Created low and high fidelity wireframes
Created a functional prototype
Organization of the prototype by utilizing a Kanban board
