The Problem: Bus commuters often miss their stops due to the manual process of pressing a button or pulling stop string in the bus to notifying the bus driver about their upcoming stop. Many new commuters are not aware of the stops, Causing commuters to miss their stops.
My Role: Lead UI/UX Designer
What I Did: As a UX designer of Connect Transit, I am responsible for developing user personas, conducting user research, creating wireframes, and designing the visual design of the app. Also designing the overall look of the app, including colour schemes, typography, and visual hierarchy, to ensure that the app is aesthetically pleasing and engages the user.
Project 2
The Problem: The grading system of Pulse app is challenging
for the students to view and compare grades, receive feedback and track academic performance easily.
My Role: Lead UI/UX Designer
What I Did: I was responsible for user interviews with Slate/Pulse users, documenting design requirements, building user flows, creating wireframes and prototyping the feedback page for the app.
