ZARA - Digital Solution
The Problem: People shopping at Zara were facing the problem of waiting for a long time at the billing counter. The shoppers were getting impatient and a few of them quit waiting and decided to leave the store. This was happening because there weren’t enough staff at the billing as there were to help at the store.
My Role: Being an individual project, I was responsible for all of the work presented here.
What I did: To make the experience better for the customers, I came up with a solution to scan the products through the Zara app at the store. This allows them to pay either through the app or at Zara, and collect the items after hanging out at the mall for a while.
Design Sprint - Scheduling for a Spa
The Problem: Many spa businesses have a problematic scheduling system for bookings. At times they get double booked and in turn lose customers. They also experience losses when there are last minute cancellations. Our goal was to improve the booking experience for the business as well as the customers.
My Role: This was a group project and I took the role of the designer. I was responsible for the wireframes and the High Fidelity prototype.
What I did: As a group we did a 3 week long design sprint which involved: Map, Sketch, Decide, Prototype and Test. As I was the designer, I made the high fidelity wireframes and prototyped the same. After user testing, I updated the final screens.
