Canada’s Wonderland Park Observation and Digital Solution
The Problem: Canada’s Wonderland customers are experiencing extremely long lines and wait times while ordering food and different food concession stands throughout the park. They are also experiencing confusion about the dining pass and whether it can be used at the food stand or not. Employees are often calling out customers names when their order is ready which is causing confusion and many customers do not hear their name being called out. This is happening due to the lack of clarity and organization at the stands which is causing a frustration for the customer.
My Role: As this was an individual project, I was responsible for all of the work completed.
What I did: Observed the food concession stands at Canada’s Wonderland. Analyzed my observations at the park and identified pain points customers are experiencing throughout the entire ordering food ordering process. Created a digital solution to mitigate some of the pain points customers faced and overall improve the food ordering process at the park. The digital solution included mid and high fidelity wireframes
Pizza Pizza Mobile Application Analysis
The Problem: Pizza Pizza customers are unable to make changes to their order on the mobile application once it has been placed online. As changes cannot be made on the application, customers are forced to call Pizza Pizza directly and to wait on hold to speak with someone from customer service. This is causing a huge inconvenience to the customer.
My Role: As this was an individual project, I was responsible for all of the work completed.
What I did: Analyzed the existing application flow and identified pain points customers are currently experiencing. Created an improved UX flow alleviating the identified pain points. Designed mid fidelity wireframes which were then user tested. Analyzed the user feedback and made improvements towards the final high fidelity wireframes.
