Industrial & Digital Product Designer, Amateur writer
As a designer of industrial and digital products, I am passionate about innovation and constantly searching for new concepts. Breaking paradigms is a constant challenge for me. Making life easier and better is my endless inspiration, and I seek to do so in each of my designs. Any question is always welcome!
Scotia Bank APP Analysis
The problem: The time it takes to find and have direct contact with a customer service agent through the Scotia Bank app.
What I did: I redesigned the main screen, introducing a direct link to all the means of contact that the bank has. In the same way, a priority service is given to the users of the Ultimate package accounts through Advice+ so that they have direct contact in less than 2 minutes guaranteed.
My role: I did application analysis, flow mapping, flow redesign, wireframes, design, development and testing of the final prototype.
Fast-Health App
The problem: The crowds and long waiting times inside the Walk-In Clinics to which the patients are subjected can worsen their health condition.
What I did: I designed an app that would allow patients to choose the Walk-in clinic by making appointments in advance, knowing the distance, estimated travel time, and the number of patients ahead to avoid crowding and reduce the risk of disease transmission.
My role: Research, analysis, scenario development, flow map, concept, wireframe design and final prototype.
