ITransit
The problem: The Government Transit App and SMS services are hard to use and navigate, wasting too much time just finding bus information.
My role: Lead design in research, wireframe creation, high-fidelity to align design with project goal.
What I did: Conduct data gathering for bus transit experiences. Coding data and doing research to emphasize with users and showcase infographics for comparison. Find people's pain points to develop the app features and iterate the design.
Google Assistant redesign
The problem: The assistant app schedule setting feature is hard to find and there is too much wasted space on the main page, which is confusing for first-time users.
My role: Lead design in research, wireframe creation, high-fidelity aligned design with the project goal.
What I did: Conduct data gathering, research user flow, and user journey. Coding data and doing research to locate the current app problem. Find people's pain points to conclude the app features. Iterate design based on research.
