BMO: Onboarding newcomers to the Canadian banking system
The problem: As one of the largest banks in North America, the Bank of Montreal is always looking to improve the banking experience of its client base, and to keep up with the application of new technologies into the banking industry. That’s theg reason BMO is looking for ways to cater to that specific segment, an improve their experieence as newcomers.
Our approach: Based on an extensive research we designed an app that would allow newcomers to learn about the Canadian banking system, while earning points that could be used to redeem rewards.
A new paradigm on the grocery shopping experience
The Opportunity: After several visits to different markets and identifying several pain points, I realized that there was an opportunity to create a web app that helps users identify the location of their products, while creating a unique communication channel between the market and the consumer.
My approach: I designed a web app that allows users to search for products by name or category, and add them to a 3D map of the market. I leveraged the opportunities of this new channel and added promotional elements that benefit the market, the brands and the user.
