Academic Progress Dashboard - Reimagining a New Feature on ‘Pulse’
The problem:
The grading system on Pulse is challenging for users to view and compare grades, receive feedback and track academic performance easily.
My Role:
Took on the roles of both researcher and facilitator. I spearheaded much of the research progress, and organized our plans and responsibilities at each stage.
What I did:
Collaborating with team members to conduct user interviews, analyze users' needs by affinity mapping, make iterations of wireframes, and refined the prototype based on user testing feedback.
Pawprint - A Comprehensive Assistant for Dog Owners
The problem: Raising a dog can be challenging, especially for inexperienced owners. Furthermore, not all dog owners have the time or expertise to adequately care for their pets.
My Role:
This is a solo project. Therefore, I took on the roles of both researcher and UI/UX designer.
What I did: Conducted observational research, utilized the ERAF system to come up with interventions, created wireframes, and developed prototypes
