Hudson’s Bay App Redesign
The Problem: Hudson’s Bay mobile application is challenging to navigate, specifically
the features related to product discoverability and search functonality could be enhanced.
My Role: Research, Wireframing, User Testing & Prototyping
What I did: Analysed and researched the user experience of the app, identification of user
problem, wireframing, user testing and prototyping.
BMO with you
The Problem: To attract newcomers to Canada to use BMO’s services for their banking needs by creating innovative digital capabilities.
My Role: Research, Wireframing, Feedback Documentation, Facilitating & Reporting, User Testing, Presenting
What I did: Conducted user interviews & research, worked on the mid fidelity wireframes, conducted user testing and worked as a facilitator in the team.
