U Transit
The Problem:
Commuters face pain points nto only when they are on their commute, but even before they start. Opening multiple apps or tabs to find the right route and synchronizing it with their schedule can be a pain.
My Role:
Research and find pain points in the user’s journey about commuting. Wireframe, test, and iterate on design and flow to create a smooth experience completing a task.
What I did:
Conduct user interviews, iterate design based on peer feedback, create visual style.
Ticketmaster
The Problem:
Ticketmaster is a huge platform to buy event tickets from. but what happens when you can’t find someone to attend the event with? Some people have friends that flake or know others that just can’t go. Where can you find others going to the save event to enjoy together?
My Role:
Brainstorm new feature ideas. Improve user flow. Wireframe, conduct user testing, iterate.
What I did:
Analyze existing flow of app, brainstorm feature ideas, map out new user flow, wireframe, conduct user testing, iterate based on feedback, update user flow, add stylization.
